We’re trying to get to the bottom of the isolated problems that some members are receiving when using Phantasy Mail. We are unable to replicate these problems and need to collect as much information as possible from those experiencing them in order to fix them. Helpful information includes operating system name and version, browser name and version and any browser errors you are able to ascertain (try turning on the developer console in your browser to see errors). Thanks.
