Thank you for signing up for the PT mobile forums beta. At this time, we have only released a mobile friendly version of the forum thread listing page (the landing page that lists threads in reverse chronological order). Your feedback will be used to convert other pages in the forum section.
An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Rob commentedI've been using the mobile setting and have had very fee problems with it. There are a couple of minor things that could improve the experience.
First, when returning to the forum homepage after being automatically logged out, I can still see the My Threads Star. When clicking on it I'm taken to the "An Error Occurred" dead end page. If possible, it would be nice if I could automatically be redirected to the log in page.
Second, from the forum homepage, I only have the option to jump to the current page of any thread. It would be nice to have the same option as the non-mobile version of going to page 1.
"Rob, could you clarify in the Uservoice comments what you mean by "automatically logged out'. The truth is, when you are logged out, you're not supposed to be able to reach the mobile friendly version at all right now."
For instance, I'm logged in at the end of the day and close my browser for the night, but leave the PT page loaded. When I open my browser the next morning I will see the same PT Mobile page, even though I've been logged out. Technically I know I should go to the top right drop down to log back in. But since the mobile page is still displayed I have the option of clicking the MyThreads star. Currently this takes me to an Error page. Presumably this error is the result of trying to access MyThreads without being logged in. It would be nice if rather than seeing an error, I was autodirected back to the log in page. Capeesh?
