  1. [BUG] I am unable to log into my account

    Many users are unable to log into their accounts. After they click the "Login" button, a spinning icon appears along with the words "Logging in...", but nothing else happens.

  7. [BUG] Some members cannot be sent Phantasy Mail messages

    For certain members, if you attempt to send them a PM, the form hangs after you click "Send" and the message is never sent. We're gathering feedback to try and correct this problem. If you are one of the members that cannot receive PMs, let us know. If you have been unable to send a message to a particular member because the form hangs, please let us know who you were trying to contact.

  8. moe. Summer Camp shows from 2016

    3 of the 4 SummerCamp dates and setlists are okay, but they are labeled as "Old Rock House, St Louis MO" :)

  12. [BUG] Shows tab doesn't load correct shows when "Load More" button is clicked

    When a member is viewing someone else's profile, clicking "Load more" at the bottom of the Shows tab reveals the shows from the viewing members list.

    We have not recently received reports of this problem, so we are closing this ticket.

    Several members have reported that this problem has stopped for them. We’d like to hear from more of you. Has the problem stopped for you? Please post to the comments of this ticket.

    Previous update: We pulled a major ad network from rotation this morning. If you’ve been experiencing the app store redirect issue consistently, please post to the comments of this ticket to let us know if the problem persists today.

    Previous update: Members that have tried clearing cookie data from their mobile browsers report that this does NOT solve the problem. Other reports indicate that the problem happens only when accessing PT on a cellular connection and not when accessing PT on a wifi connection.   18. Fix setlist input error (on three set shows?)

    When inputting the third set of 07/18/15 by the Disco Biscuits, after inserting Song #1, three new boxes appear (Song #2, Song #3, and another Song #3). When I click on the [X] button to delete any of these boxes, three more boxes appear. Because the setlist cannot be saved with any extra boxes, this is preventing the setlist for 07/18/15 to be uploaded.

    It does not appear to be an error that occurs with any other sets, but it has consistently occurred with the third set.
