[BUG] Some members cannot be sent Phantasy Mail messages

For certain members, if you attempt to send them a PM, the form hangs after you click "Send" and the message is never sent. We're gathering feedback to try and correct this problem. If you are one of the members that cannot receive PMs, let us know. If you have been unable to send a message to a particular member because the form hangs, please let us know who you were trying to contact.

    Im trying to send a PM to djroomba. Not working. Tried a week ago and again today. Other users working fine

    Can't message Murtaugh or Terrapinjim. Replying to messages in both cases, although composing new messages also doesn't work.

    In the case of Murtaugh we have successfully messaged in the past, then it suddenly stopped working a few days ago.

    All other PMs seem to be working normally.
