  9. [IDEA] Offer method of reading entire thread on a single page

    Bring back "Print Threads" Button, or similar feature to allow easier reading of multi-page threads. In the old school PT layout, there was a Print Threads option available both directly from the main board and once you were viewing a single thread. It allowed for a very effective method of catching up a multi-paged thread with >30 post count. It would print out the entire thread in a single plain text page with simple format showing thread title, post authors, and post contents.     AdminPT Support (PT Support, Phantasy Tour) responded

    Loading all posts onto the page at once hinders overall site performance. There are other options for avoiding paging and we can explore those further if this suggestion gathers more votes.

  10. IP ban the maddi poster

    The same person starts threads on the phish forum with the same pictures constantly. This person is just creating random usernames every day to bypass the ignore function. They need to be IP banned, or the domain of the throwaway email addresses needs to be banned

    Claypool does a lot of different stuff, but all you have on here is a very incomplete list of shows for Primus, plus the Lennon Claypool Delirium...you're missing most of Claypool's best work! If JamBase and concertarchives.org can handle it, so can you! Thanks!

    It looks like something happened post PT being down at the end of December 2018.

    It looks to me like the show dates are being read as under different time zones from the database or something, which is leading to some weird issues.

    For example, when I type 12/28/2018 in the tDB forum, it correctly auto-hyperlinks to the first show of the run. But while the setlist for that show says 12/28/2018 in the page title at the top of the browser, it appears as 12/29/2018 • The Fillmore Philadelphia • Philadelphia, PA on the setlist page itself.     WEEN BOARD NEEDS UPDATING AND MODERATION.

    There are tons of tour dtaes and setlist missing. Please advise or help find someone to hop on board to follow up on this task. Plenty of posters have come forward volunteering to help out. I would even volunteeer to enter setlist data and show dtaes.

  19. Add Volunteer Janitors to PT Boards

    Due to the volume of questionable content lately, PT could be significantly improved if Mods picked several trusted older users from various time zones to have the ability to remove posts. If a post is removed, they must write a quick blurb about it and it will be saved to a database where the mods can review deleted posts. If the janitor is found to violate his/her responsibility by the mods, remove their permissions immediately.
