[IDEA] Offer method of reading entire thread on a single page
Bring back "Print Threads" Button, or similar feature to allow easier reading of multi-page threads. In the old school PT layout, there was a Print Threads option available both directly from the main board and once you were viewing a single thread. It allowed for a very effective method of catching up a multi-paged thread with >30 post count. It would print out the entire thread in a single plain text page with simple format showing thread title, post authors, and post contents. Allowed for quick reading of 100+ post thread without having to go page by page. (could also cut down on API calls if that is an issue since the system wouldnt be hit by separate "next page" requests)

Loading all posts onto the page at once hinders overall site performance. There are other options for avoiding paging and we can explore those further if this suggestion gathers more votes.

What about just the images / links from a thread on a single page? That would not hinder site performance and allow for users to see all the images or related content in a single click.
