    We are aware of invasive ads that began appearing on or around October 26 and are working to track down the source. These ads are reaching PT via real time bidding networks and it is not our intent to display them. They auto play a video ad with audio and auto scroll the browser to the location of the ad. If you encounter these ads, please post a comment on this article so that we know that the problem remains unsolved. If you wish to be updated on the status of this issue, vote for the article and include your email address.

  5. IP ban the maddi poster

    The same person starts threads on the phish forum with the same pictures constantly. This person is just creating random usernames every day to bypass the ignore function. They need to be IP banned, or the domain of the throwaway email addresses needs to be banned

  6. [Bug] Some users report problems deleting Phantasy Mail and accessing subfolders

    Reports include:
    Cannot delete messages in my sent folder
    Cannot access my sent folder
    Cannot send Phantasy Mail

    We are unable to replicate these problems and need to collect as much information as possible from those experiencing them in order to fix them. Helpful information includes operating system name and version, browser name and version and any browser errors you are able to ascertain (try turning on the developer console in your browser to see errors).

    We’re trying to get to the bottom of the isolated problems that some members are receiving when using Phantasy Mail. We are unable to replicate these problems and need to collect as much information as possible from those experiencing them in order to fix them. Helpful information includes operating system name and version, browser name and version and any browser errors you are able to ascertain (try turning on the developer console in your browser to see errors).   9. [BUG] Limit on the number of results in the author field of a forum search prevent some users from being found

    Currently, if you are searching for a user's forum threads or post and that user has a short username that is common in longer names, their name may not appear because the drop down that appears only shows a limited number of results. Can exact matches be moved to the top? Could all results be displayed and a vertical scroll bar added to the drop down?

  11. [BUG] Cancelled / deleted shows remain in a user's "My Shows" list

    For my stats on my profile it shows that i have 150 total shows but i really only have 148 total shows. This is because my Bisco stats show that i have 60 Bisco shows but i really only have 58. When i click the #60 it shows the 58 shows. The reason this happened was because there was originally two extra dates for stats from 10/5/12 Mann Music Center Philadelphia, PA that were posted for that day and i had all three of them added to my stats.
