    Make space: Ensure you have a large, clutter-free work surface. The kitchen table is ideal for this.
    Roll out the dough: The rolled pasta sheets can measure up to 3ft long, so it’s important not to overlook this tip.
    Check thickness: Lasagna noodles should be thin, but not too thin. The correct thickness is approximately .60-1mm thick.
    Avoid dry lasagna: If the noodles are too thin, they will soak up all the sauce and make the lasagna dry.
    Ensure proper cooking: If the noodles are too thick, they won’t cook properly.
    Use fresh pasta: Fresh pasta absorbs more liquid than regular dried pasta, so remember that.
