When do I receive Phantasy Flashback emails?
Phantasy Flashback emails are generated daily and sent to members that have achieved certain milestones in their show going careers. We define milestone years as 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, etc.
How do I stop receiving Phantasy Flashback emails for a specific band?
Your band specific settings are found by visiting a band's Phantasy Tour community and clicking the alert button to the right of the Follow button in the tab bar.
How do I stop receiving Phantasy Flashback emails completely?
There is a setting in your user profile that turns off Flashback emails globally. You will find it here: https://www.phantasytour.com/my/settings
How do I start receiving Phantasy Flashback emails?
First, turn on Flashback emails globally for your account. Visit your user profile settings page and make sure that Flashback emails setting is turned on. You will find your settings here: https://www.phantasytour.com/my/settings
Second, find shows you've attended in the past and indicate that you were there by clicking the "I Was There" button. You can browse all shows for a given band using the Tours tab, Shows tab or Setlists tab inside a band community.
Third, make sure that you are set-up to receive Flashback emails for each band you've seen. Visit your band alert settings page for any PT band by browsing to that band's Phantasy Tour community and clicking the alert button to the right of the Follow button in the tab bar. There you will be able to turn on Flashback emails for that band.
Fourth, wait to achieve a milestone in your concert going past and receive an email to help you reminisce.
