I'd also prefer to not have thread titles in the URLs. Let's face it, a massive amount of traffic to this site occurs during working hours on weekdays, from people at work. A lot of the threads on here could raise flags for people at work.

Just read some of the thread titles and it becomes glaringly obvious why they should not be in any browser history.

i couldnt enter a thread on my ipad because the adblocker was blocking the site due to the thread title in the url.

also pt does not need to be searchable on search engines

The problem should be obvious.

I don't know how substantial it is but it makes using PT at work an even more risky situation that it was.
