Busy life
Lisa lived in a crowded metropolis once upon a time. She was caught in the hectic of everyday life, much like many of us are—many emails, meetings, and continual buzz of alerts. She felt overwhelmed a lot, like if she was running on a never stopping treadmill. She knew it was time for a change one day following an especially demanding week.
Lisa stumbled upon a small book about mindfulness while browsing in a local bookstore slope 2. She then choose to relax for one month in order to discover inner peace.
Lisa closed her eyes, sank deep onto her couch that evening. She listened to soft music and began to notice her in and out of breathing.
