Traveling to Dubai is a whole lot easier these days; you no longer have to sail by any dhow in order to get here.
I can readily imagine what will happen if I were to do that, well, in all probability, I would be throwing up all the way to the Dubai port.
We had initially decided to stay in Marriott but Amit suggested since I was looking for shopping why dont i stay near the Emirates Mall..... I opted for Sheraton Mall of the Emirates. Amazing view from our room and a direct access to the mall as well. My son enjoyed a lottt...Take the higher floor rooms if possible. Quiet and very good view..Dont take rooms near the elevator.... We could go in and out whenever we wanted. Shopping was fun. Slightly overpriced than my expectations but fun .. found some good deals as well :)
